Marrakech By Air

Had an amazing experience with Marrakesh by air! The hot air balloon ride was breathtaking, and the entire team made everything smooth and enjoyable. Our pilot, Lina, was friendly throughout the ride. Her warmth made the experience truly unforgettable. The driver for pick and drop off was also professional and friendly. Both he and our pilot took lovely pictures of us, capturing the moment beautifully. The hospitality was great when we were served traditional breakfast and the team gave some to take away due to fasting. This was thoughtful and considerate which made our day. The only thing that would have made the experience better is if we arrived earlier and started during sunrise. Other than this, I highly recommend Marrakesh by Air to anyone looking for a safe and fun experience with a beautiful view.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Early collection from hotel, coffee and croissant then off to balloon take off location. My husband has awful knees, didn’t know if we’d be able to get him in the basket, two crew members helped get him in (and out) the views were spectacular- our pilot Lena, was superb, played brilliant music and took excellent photos on people’s own phones, was very informative about how the balloons work, really interesting. Our driver was a character too! Then on to the Berber village for Moroccan tea and breakfast- then on to camel ride… we didn’t want to participate in this- our hotel was less than 10 mins from here so we were dropped back, they couldn’t have been more helpful. I’d advise a warm top layer as it’s a cold early start. The balloon ride itself was approx 30-40 mins but it was plenty long enough! Probably the best trip I’ve ever done from a hotel (booked through trip advisor) I’d advise sensible shoes as you have to climb into a chest height basket and a warm outer layer due to early start

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely unforgettable a proposal in the sky! Our hot air balloon experience with Marrakech By Air was truly one of the most magical days of my life. My partner surprised me by upgrading our flight so it was just the two of us, which already made the experience feel incredibly special. The real surprise came when he proposed to me during the flight, floating over the breathtaking Moroccan landscape at sunrise. It was a moment I will treasure forever. Our pilot Reda was absolutely amazing. He was professional, calm and so friendly, and he really added to how special and relaxed the whole experience felt. We felt completely safe and well looked after from start to finish. After the flight, the traditional Moroccan breakfast was the perfect way to end the morning. Everything was delicious, but the Moroccan fries doughnut was my absolute favourite. If you are considering a hot air balloon ride in Marrakech, I could not recommend Marrakech By Air enough. Whether it is for a special occasion or simply an unforgettable experience, this is something you will remember for a lifetime. Thank you for giving us memories we will cherish forever.

We arrived at the desert in the pitch black and were greeted with pastries and hot drinks. The sky was so clear. A blanket of stars which was so beautiful. As it started to get light we were transported to the take off site. It was so exciting seeing all the balloons filling up. Once up we got into the balloon basket and slowly and smoothly we ascended to watch the sunrise. It was such a beautiful sight seeing all the other balloons in the sky with us. Our pilot, Lina, was absolutely delightful. The youngest female pilot in Africa. She was also very funny and great with us all. After the smoothest landing ever we enjoyed a lovely breakfast with pastries, cheeses, eggs, pancakes with honey and Moroccan tea. All in all the perfect day which finished early enough for us to enjoy the rest 1000000% recommended!

What an amazing experience ! Even as a non-morning person, I don't regret waking up at 4am We booked the activity through our Riad for a ride scheduled on october 31st. Pick up was on time and at 5 am. Other passengers were picked up along the way (we were a total of 6 in the van). Our driver drove us to the hot air balloon site somewhere in Marrakech. When we arrived at the site, tea and coffee were available. If I had one complain, it would be about the waiting time before the ride. However, I do understand the logistic behind organizing those types of tours and just waited patently under the tent. Our captain was a funny young lady full of energy. She made our ride enjoyable, played good music and took pictures of anyone who wanted. The balloon ride was smooth, stable and peaceful. The takeoff and landing were managed very well. After landing we all had breakfast under a Berbère tent with the other passengers. I recommend Marrakech by air to anyone who wants to book a hot air balloon ride. They are a reliable and professional company.
