The wifi really doesn't work in the rooms. They are aware of it and don't fix it. The room is so dark and the breakfast really needs some improvement. Below average hotel but nice staff.
I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist. She was not professional at all. When I asked for a room, she told me the hotel was fully booked. However, it was clear that the hotel was not busy at all. This made me feel like I was not treated honestly or respectfully. I hope management looks into this and improves their customer service.
Good location with short walk to restaurants or 5 min taxi to the square. Very helpful reception staff and accommodating. The room was a spacious triple. Beds were comfy but some of the pillows really overstuffed so not so comfortable. There were toiletries in the bathroom but no hair dryer, kettle or iron. Staff were very helpful in providing hit water to make our own cups of coffee when the restaurant was closed. Would visit again.
Someone has done an excellent job with editing the promo photos, as in reality the hotel does not look that nice. It feels a bit run down and depressed. Staff were nice and the location is good though. You get what you pay for.
I had a lovely time at Hotel Safia. The place was very clean, my room was bright and spacious, and the staff were super friendly. The location is perfect, close to shops and transport, which made getting around easy. The breakfast could do with a little bit of variety but it was okay. Highly recommend for a clean and convenient stay in Marrakech!
