The hotel does not have enough hair dryer. Both nights we didnt have hair dryer. Parking is also problem we didnt find any park place. I parked near gas station. The rooms are ok but the bathroom little bit small. Also clean hotel. They dont give water it was extra too.
You call no answer, I forgot my phone charger in the room, I called back the whole day, no answer 😑 too bad. The worst is that I tried calling in the front of the reception people, she didn't pick up the phone, when I asked here why she doesn't have no thing to me. Bad bad service, I don't recommend this hotel, no customer service 😒.
3 star hotel? yeah ok. this is 1 star at best and that’s being generous. the beds are clean and shower is ok but the smell is a bit off especially i the hallways. the building looks like it came from the 50s. i only came here because of the price. i had a credit. i wouldn’t recommend staying here. the breakfast was horrendous. and the key always had an issue. and my second lock on the door was broken.
This was by far the worst IBIS property I have stayed at. The rooms are run down and long hair from the prior guest was observed in multiple places in the bathroom. The air condition control was damaged (see photo) and the property cares so little about the rooms they didn’t bother to fix it. The door did not have a lock (see photo). They are also actively engaged in review manipulation to keep their scores high (see photo). Do not recommend - stay away.
Fairly run-down, small and moldy rooms. Blue/red switch on the thermostat does NOT mean cool/heat like you would expect. Somehow blue=off and red=on. Be aware
