The Worst Hotel!!! Please be aware!! All reviews on Booking.com are fake!!! I stayed one night (although booked for 3 nights). A total filthy, damaged and dangerous place!! No heating/air con... damp... broken toilet.. no towels... dangerous for kids... please avoid!! I'm still waiting for a full refund ... Booking.com should not have listed this hotel.. this is not even general house standard.. let alone any stars!!.. Please don't judge by the fake reviews!!

Horrible! This is a scam!!!!!! Do not stay here under any circumstances. Showers are dirty and there is no hot water. The bathroom is horrible, this is why on booking you will not find any pictures. The service is really bad (the guy even screamed at us). Towels? No! Just a lie- they lie that there are towels provided, there are none, they will just laugh at you. Rooms are dirty and so dusty, that we had to take anti-allergy pills. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here. The hotel offered us to cancel the booking, so we only slept one night and agreed to look for a better hotel for our next nights and now they do not give us back our money and honestly booking is also not helpful.

This place is a good stay if you want to stay close to the center! Nourddine was a very kind host! The rooms were clean and the staff was super friendly! The terrace has a beautiful view for sunrise and sunset. I will definitely be coming back here for my next visit in Marrakech!

Great experience, Nordin the host was very kind and helpful, and the hostel was clean and homely. Also there were baby cats!! Very close to the center

Glad to stay with this riad ,taxi stand on same road ,super market also , walking distance to jamal fanaa , clean and good riad ,noor uddin was a great friendly host to help ,wen we reached he bought for us water bottles from market , what ever you want he will get it for you , will defo recomend for the price and service
