I did not have a good experience going here this place was highly recommended the when we got there, the girl at the check-in never even bother looking at the receipt that we had paid for, and we paid for the scrub and the mud bath we never received our mud bath they took us out of the room after putting us in after a scrubs then they sat us down to have tea. The place is costly. They don’t offer you. It was a Valentine’s Day. You could’ve had strawberries. They couldn’t have a charcuterie board. They just gave you the Ferrero Rocher chocolate I had to ask the girl which I asked her twice about what what our services was. I asked her about a massage that they told us they would. It would be an additional $65 then they told us they didn’t have staff members if you’re telling me that all day you’re booked and you’re sold out and you have a lot of clients you would have the staff that you need to make sure the services are good for people. They after where she checked our receipt and offered to give me a 30 minute massage the massage the person who gave me my massage was very rough even after I told her she was rough then she tried to do chiropractic moves and some stretch allergy stuff if you’re not a professional cause I ask, and she said that she did it for a hobby you shouldn’t be performing things on people that could harm a person or hurt a person after the fact, I don’t think that I will go back the amount of money that you spend on this place for the services that was provided I think it was expensive. My friend got a scrub, but it was supposed to be only $99 at the end. They charged her at 1:45 and they kept telling her that they couldn’t give her a massage for the simple fact that they didn’t have staff on board and it was a group of five people that was coming. We were kind of rushed on our services. The group of five people we’re gonna go into the sauna room if they were going into the sauna room and they were in there for 30 minutes, you could’ve took the time out to give my friend her massage versus stating the next time you come in you will get a free mud bath that is not what we were we want it she wanted that the massage versus the free mud bath and we were also told that in the spa if they turn on more than one of the showers, the water it’s cold for the next person. It’s not hot because they ended up getting new Son stuff put in those are things that you should fix before you have a group of people coming into your store especially on a busy weekend.
Stayed in a Riad for two on three floors like your own morrocan townhouse with amazing roof terrace. Much better priced than some far less impressive Riads!!! The place, pool, garden, and restaurants are unmatched only a short walk to Medina wirh great exclusivity!
The Christmas decorations were absolutely stunning but the service was disappointingly slow considering the calibre of venue and the sheer number of staff there were. The pastries were exceptional and easily on par/exceeding what I’ve received at afternoon tea in five star establishments throughout Europe. I did find it incredibly strange they bring out like a display plate which has an item per person of each variety but then only serve you one. Having said that they are larger than the standard offerings one would expect and therefore more than sufficient
Our stay at the Royal Mansour was, quite simply, memorable and unparalleled. It is not merely an exceptional luxury hotel, but a way of understanding hospitality: the guest is not treated as a client, but as an honored invitee. The Royal Mansour seems to embody a vocation that goes far beyond accommodation itself: to represent the country, to contribute to its image, and to offer a form of hospitality that truly honors Morocco. The entire team acts as host not only of the hotel, but also of the city and the country. The prevailing feeling throughout the stay is one of generosity, genuine care, and sincere attention. Extraordinary, impeccable luxury coexists naturally with an authentic sense of simplicity —the kind that comes from truly understanding what the guest one wishes to welcome and delight genuinely values. Nothing feels staged. Everything flows effortlessly. Privacy, exclusivity, and the excellence of the facilities are seamlessly combined with warmth, kindness, and human closeness, qualities rarely found at this level of hospitality. A way of understanding hospitality that elevates the destination and leaves an indelible memory in those who experience it.
Rating the afternoon tea. The hotel is located just outside the Medina walls in a private, secluded area. The hotel is beautiful and grand as you would expect from a palace. The majestic decor and furnishings were impeccable. The food was abundant filled with high quality patisserie treats along with the ambience and excellent service - we had a great time and highly recommend the afternoon tea which is on par with the Ritz London afternoon tea. Would happily return to this fabulous experience.
